What happens if there is cause for complaint?

I will always do my utmost to be professional, impartial and provide a confidential mediation service.  If you have any cause to think otherwise, please raise your concerns in the first instance during the mediation.  If you are still unhappy, please put your complaint in writing within 7 days of the mediation to nicole@posner.london.  I will respond to you in writing within 30 days.

If you are still unsatisfied with my response, you may take your complaint further and contact The Civil Mediation Council.
